CHCNC invites Havanese owners in Northern California to join our Club
The Capital Havanese Club of Northern California (CHCNC) was founded in 2003. The CHCNC is recognized by our parent club, the Havanese Club of American (HCA).
CHCNC offers 4 types of Memberships. Regular and Household memberships have voting privileges. Associate and junior member's cannot vote but are an active part of the Club.
Regular - open to a person 18 years of age and older
Household - is for two (2) people 18 years of age and older who live in the same household
Associate - is open to a person 18 years of age and older who supports our clubs mission and would like to participate in club activities but can't make the meetings as required by the by-laws
Junior - A junior membership is available to anyone that is between the ages of 10-17 at no cost.
New applicants must own at least one AKC registered Havanese, attend 2 club functions and must be in good standing with the American Kennel Club before they can be accepted for membership. Anyone applying for membership who lives outside of Northern California will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All members must abide by the Rules, Regulations, Constitution, and By laws of the club.
